are the shipping rates for international destinations?
Due to increased shipping costs, we require a $100 minimum purchase on international orders. Shipping on international orders will vary. We ask that international customers place an order on the website and choose International Shipping for the shipping option. Within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, we will email you a shipping rate quote based on the actual weight of your order. is the return policy?
Items must be returned within 30 days in like new condition with original packaging. To return an item, call us toll free at 1-877-929-3100 to receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.

Custom-made items cannot be returned. These items are made for your specific vehicle. Custom items include, but are not limited to: car covers, custom seat covers, Lloyd floor mats, and custom license plates. Please verify that the information provided for a custom item is correct before placing your order. Custom items are noted as such on the product page. We can only accept returns on custom items in the event of a manufacturer error.
Covercraft: Per Covercraft, we cannot accept returns on the following car cover fabrics: Form Fit, WeatherShield HP, WeatherShield HD, and Sunbrella. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all other returned Covercraft items, including ready-fit car covers, Canine Covers, pet products, and Seat Gloves.
Electronics: Returned electronics (including buffers, battery tenders, tire gauges, vacuums, and blowers) are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been used or opened. There is no restocking fee for a defective product returned in exchange for the same product.
I exchange an item?
Please call us and let us know that you will be returning an item
and what item you would like instead. We will assign a Return Authorization Number, which must be written on the outside of the package. Upon our receipt of the returned item, we will ship out the new item. You will be credited or charged the price difference, less shipping, to the original form of payment.
