For a limited time, all UPS ground orders (within the 48 Continental States) will ship for a flat rate of $7.95. Air shipping will be calculated on top of normal shipping rates above.
Orders going to Alaska & Hawaii will ship 2nd-Day Air and be charged an additional $20.00.
We also provide UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day. See chart below for pricing information. When calculating delivery, remember to only count working UPS days. UPS Ground packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. UPS Ground packages cannot be scheduled to arrive at a specific time of day.
We ship to APO and FPO military addresses via USPS priority mail so you can receive Pinnacle merchandise wherever you are in the world. Flat shipping rates based on amount of order are listed below. We ship outside the United States via USPS. We have found USPS to be fast, secure, dependable, and cost-effective. We happily ship to any international destination. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping in addition to any duties and taxes incurred at the time of importation. Place your order online through our secure electronic system with a valid email address. Before your credit card is charged, we will email you a ship rate quote within 1-3 business days. Upon your approval of the shipping charge, we will process and ship your order.
Delivery time to international destinations will vary.
Refunds are given, less shipping and handling charges, for items returned in like new condition with original packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the order.
If you decide to return an item, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization Number. Write this number on the outside of the package. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted. The cost of the returned items, minus shipping charges, will be promptly credited via the payment method used. It may take 5-7 days for your bank to process the credit.
